The latest HP Tuners BETA VCM suite MUST Be used. (Update before proceeding).
This requires swapping the ECM to a 19-21 year model ECM.

NOTE: Average turnaround on these is 1-3 business days so it is fine if your customer comes by and you perform steps 1 and 2 and the customer returns for the remaining steps later.

About 50% of these are needing to be bench flashed. We recommend that you have a Bench Force ROM boot bench unit. These are handy to be able to bench flash anything you purchase connectors for. Link:
